Sing in the Streets Festival Brings Explosive Energy & Free Live Music to Saratoga this Weekend

Get ready to dance in the alleyways and sing along on the sidewalks as the 4th Annual Sing in the Streets returns to downtown Saratoga Springs on Sunday, May 18 from 12:00 to 4:00pm. This free, family-friendly outdoor music festival marks the 65th anniversary of Caffè Lena—America’s longest-running folk venue—and fills the streets with joy, music, and community spirit.

Centered around Caffè Lena at 47 Phila Street, the festival will feature 15 diverse acts across 7 stages, tucked into intimate locations like patios, parks, storefronts, and terraces. Audiences can enjoy a wide range of genres including folk, blues, jazz, soul, Americana, and children’s music, with performances by nationally touring artists, regional favorites, and emerging voices.

A highlight of the event is the Family Stage, offering student performers, interactive kids’ entertainment, and engaging musical experiences for all ages. The event, organized by Mateo Vosganian, is part of Caffè Lena’s mission to make live music accessible, joyful, and welcoming to all. Rain or shine, the festival will go on, with indoor backup locations posted in advance at www.caffelena.org.
