No word on exact speeds, but VERY VERY VERY fast
In dashcam video sent to NewsChannel 13, a driver on the Northway caught a VERY high speed chase as a white Mercedes floored by traffic on the shoulder with police in pursuit.
Police apparently had the driver pulled over on the Thruway near Bethlehem, but then he took off - the video below catches the chase around Exit 2 of the Northway. The pursuit was eventually called off due to safety concerns and the car was later found in the Albany area. The driver still hasn't been found. State Police are asking anyone who may have info to give them a call.
