August 10th is National S’mores Day! S’mores are a delicious treat made with three basic ingredients, melted chocolate, toasted marshmallows, and graham crackers. The snack is a campfire classic!
, but culinary historians think the dessert started much earlier. Over the years, the recipe traveled from camper to camper until it became the most popular fireside.
Today, get your friends together and have a bonfire, roast marshmallows, and sing classic campfire songs to celebrate national S’mores day!
