Over the weekend, various teams launched their custom-built "boats," attempting to navigate a quarter-mile stretch of the Anthony Kill to reach the city dock. Having watched this event for several years, I always find myself thinking I could easily build a successful craft as we wait for the start. However, seeing the brave people actually take the plunge makes me realize one important thing: I really don't like being wet.
