Fall celebrations are starting up and the 45th annual Carrot Festival is one of the first to check out. Congregation Agudat Achim at 2117 Union Street in Niskayuna will showcase a plethora of carrot based foods as well as pony rides, live music and local vendors. Here's what to know:
