Troy Police and the Fraternal Order of Eagles are need your help. Just after midnight on Saturday, someone threw a cinder block through their Fifth Avenue building window. The organization shared a photo on Facebook showing a man getting out of a pickup truck and tossing the massive block at their building. It looks like a passenger was also in the truck when the incident happened.
