OPENING SOON: Chicken Wing Chain Is Coming To Albany

Reuters

Looks like we're going to have a new wing place in the Capital Region.

Wingstop is primed to open a new location here in the Capital Region!!

The chain will be located at 911 Central Ave. in Albany's Westgate Plaza and from the sounds of things will be open later this month. Once the location opens, customers can download the Wingstop app or go to Wingstop.com to order dine-in, carry-out, or even delivery. Obviously, you can download their app before the location opens but you will have to wait to order on there considering the location isn't operational just yet.

Wingstop, which has over 2000 locations all over the world, was founded back in 1994 in Texas. Their menu includes bone-in or boneless wings, chicken tenders, and chicken sandwiches, not to mention a variety of fries (cheese fries, Buffalo Ranch fries, Louisiana Voodoo fries) and Cajun fried corn.

No official date has been set for their opening at the moment. The only information they've released right now is that it will be open in late February.
