The mouthwatering menu includes brisket, pulled pork, baby back ribs, sausage and turkey

Are you craving it yet? A new BBQ restaurant is set to open in early 2024 at the Northway Shopping Center on Central Ave. Mission BBQ confirmed to the Times Union that it will take over what was formerly the PetCo building that closed last January.

We are looking forward to opening our second location in New York. And it will be our honor and privilege to serve and support the Colonie community.

Mission BBQ has over 130 locations in the mid-west and along the east coast. Colonie will be their 2nd location in New York State, the first is in the town of Henrietta, near Rochester.

An exact date for the restaurant opening has not been disclosed, but a spokesperson said they are actively looking to staff up.
