Spielberg will be filming part of his upcoming, un-named, UFO movie in the Catskill and Haines Falls area this Spring and they are currently looking for extras. What are they looking for? They need background actors to play the rolls of drivers of cars, hotel guests and diner patrons.
If you happen to have your SAG-AFTRA card, the union rate for 8 hours of work is $216. If you're not a card carrying member, the non-union rate is $181.50 for 10 hours of work. While transportation and housing won't be provided, there will be a car allowance of $37.50.
