Traffic Alert in Saratoga County

If you're planning to travel through Western Saratoga County this early afternoon, watch out.

According to 511NY, there's an accident on State Route 147 in the Village of Galway.   The accident is south of Saratoga County Route 45 within the village limits, and involves downed wires that will require extra work to clean up.

However, despite the downed wires, no power outages are being reported according to the National Grid's outage map.

Route 147 connects Route 29 in Western Saratoga County with Route 5 inside the Village of Scotia in Schenectady County, passing through mostly rural areas besides the two villages.
