The Firebirds, previously known as the Empire, celebrated their first championship since 2022. Fans, including the group called "the flock," have shown their support through initiatives like the "adopt a player" program and the "Dr. Claire" care package. Head coach Damon Ware expressed his satisfaction with the team's performance, calling the victory a fulfilling moment after going undefeated and winning at home.
