After Five Years, Saratoga Cafe to Close Down

The restaurant broke the news on Wednesday

The Spa Cafe, located at 480 Broadway in Saratoga, will be closing permanently on May 17th. Owner Darin Palmetto made the announcement on the cafe's Facebook page Wednesday:

This decision took a lot of thought and deliberation, but I have come to realize that I can no longer sustain the business in any form due to circumstances that are beyond my control

The restaurant opened in July of 2019, serving breakfast items, salads, soups, sandwiches and a variety of beverages.
