A.I. Give Eyesight Back

George Knauer a blind veteran in Albany, NY, has regained his vision with the help of Meta AI Glasses, allowing him to see again after 23 years of blindness. The glasses provide visual descriptions through audio cues, enabling the veteran to navigate his surroundings independently. The technology has given him a newfound sense of freedom and normalcy, allowing him to read menus and engage in everyday activities. The veteran, who was determined to continue working as a blind plumber, hopes his story can inspire others facing similar challenges.
