Garages are often used for storage, but certain items should never be stored there unless the space is climate-controlled.  Heat, humidity, and freezing temperatures can damage electronics, paperwork, and clothing.  Combustible and flammable items are also risky to store in garages, as they can pose a fire hazard. Additionally, pests like rodents and insects may enter the garage, potentially damaging stored items.  It's important to be mindful of what you store in your garage to avoid costly damage.
