To Make Thanksgiving Easier Butterball is introducing a frozen turkey that can be cooked without thawing or prep work. The turkey, geared for novice cooks, has no giblets or neck to fill the cavity, and as the name indicates, it does not require defrosting for 24 hours to get ready for the oven. According to the release, "Whether you are hosting Thanksgiving for the first time or the 15th time, preparing the turkey can be intimidating. That's why we are so excited to introduce Cook from Frozen.
