The Barkwalk Halloween Edition is taking over Albany for an unforgettable afternoon of costumes, fun, and four-legged flair. Watch local pups strut their stuff in the costume contest on the Runnings Runway, shop a curated pet market, and meet adoptable dogs looking for their forever homes.
