Remember the guy caught on camera pushing over and shattering a $10,000 statue outside a Lark Street restaurant? If not, here’s the video:
Albany Police have identified and arrested the man responsible. He is 37 year old Jordan Michael of Albany.
On the evening of April 5, 2023, Michael was seen in surveillance video walking past 288 Lark Wine & Tap. He stops, begins pushing on one of the two statues located outside the restaurant until it falls over. The statue shattered. Michael simply walked away.
After a near month long investigation, Albany Police announced the arrest on their Facebook page.
Michael was charged with 2nd degree criminal mischief, a felony. He was arraigned and released.
