Updated Snow Totals, Time of Storm

Welcome to March in the Capital Region. We’ve had blizzards and days that felt like June. This weekend is a reminder that winter isn’t done with us yet. Most of the area is under an advisory of some sort Friday night into Saturday.

And the big question, how much will we get? It will vary in the immediate Capital Region, the circled area of the map shows the area of the most uncertainty and will depend on the path the storm takes. The least amount of snow will fall south of the Capital Region, while the most will be north. Parts of Saratoga, Warren and Fulton Counties could see as much as 18″. Albany and surrounding areas are in the 4-8″ range.
