‘Aggressive Otter’ Chasing People in Albany Park [VIDEO]

Here’s a new one. Park goers to Six Mile Waterworks Park have been harassed and chased by what the DEC and Animal Control are calling an ‘aggressive otter’. Video provided to CBS 6 by the Albany Water Department shows the otter running around the park

It’s not known if the animal is rabid, but animal control is trying to catch it. If you see the otter, please call animal control at 518-462-7107.
