What Countries Are Open to Americans in November

With COVID still looming, every country has different rules about who can and can’t enter or visit.  For any Americans looking to travel internationally, some countries are open to visitors, and some are not.  On America’s ‘Level 4: Do Not Travel’ list are Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Switzerland. Vaccinated Americas are welcome in countries like France, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Finland, and Greece.  For non-vaccinated people, rules are different depending on where you are going. Will you be traveling internationally any time soon?
